Book: Dracula
Drink: Red wine may seem like the obvious choice here, but I would suggest a Poor Man’s Black Velvet, which is half a pint of cider with half a pint of stout (Guinness does nicely) on top; the combination (to me) has a taste that is slightly metallic - not unlike blood. In the past, when sharing this observation, I’ve been met with skepticism and/or disgust, but there you have it.
